Things to know

Packages and pricing subject to change without notice
Must be reserved a minimum of 7 business days in advance
Payment in full required at time of reservation
In order to reserve, client must sign a booking agreement
No outside food and beverage permitted into the waterpark or in public areas of the resort
Personal decorative items may be supplied by the client with approval of the Group Sales Coordinator and may only be placed inside a reserved Cabana
Day Group Celebrations require a minimum of 10 guests
At least one (1) adult for every five (5) children is required
Prices are subject to availability and Blackout dates may apply
Cancellation requests received within 72 hours or less notice will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. Requests to cancel must be received in writing.
