Summit House offers the ideal setting for your event, with the main floor accommodating up to 100 guests with a dance floor, or 120 without. The downstairs area is perfect for cocktail hour, featuring deck access in good weather. With built-in bars on both floors, your guests will enjoy seamless service throughout the evening.

For our wedding parties, we offer our double queen suite as accommodations to stay during the wedding festivities. This spacious 420 square feet room can sleep up to 6 people. Offering a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, two queen beds, microwave, mini refrigerator, and a hallway vanity.

This venue is beautiful! Even though we ended having to make the call to have our ceremony inside because of rain, the mountain top is perfect. Jennifer and Stephanie were able to make the best of the situation though and I appreciate all they did to scramble to set up inside just as beautifully. The staff was great. Leading up to the wedding Jennifer was always there to help, and the servers we friendly and super helpful.

Yes, our catering department does an amazing job at catering to your specific needs during your wedding.

A typical deposit for a wedding is equal to 25% of your food and beverage minimum which is based upon the size and scope of your event. Payments after that are usually around 9-months prior and 4-months prior which are 25% of your food and beverage minimum each. Final payment based upon your final headcount is due 1-month prior to your event date.

Yes, for a courtesy block (most popular for weddings), you are able to block a maximum of 10 rooms per night to start. If you fill this block on or before your block release date, which would be 45 days prior to your event, we can request to add more rooms based on the availability of rooms and the rate. All efforts are made to keep rooms close together however it is not guaranteed.
